Ltyentye Apurte

Ltyentye Apurte, also known as Santa Teresa, is a remote Aboriginal community located south‑east of Alice Springs on Eastern Arrernte Country. The community has a population of around 600 people and strong cultural, linguistic and family connections.

Ltyentye Apurte joined the SCfC program in 2013. SCfC is guided by the Ltyentye Apurte SCfC Decision Making Group, the local SCfC board. Atyenhenge‑Atherre Aboriginal Corporation (AAAC) is the Facilitating Partner and works with the board and community to deliver the SCfC Community Plan in line with local priorities.
